Rev Sam Smith is an ordained minister in the Church of the Brethren. In 1968, Sam originated Heavy Light Productions as a vehicle with which to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ within a youth oriented format. Starting with one slide projector, a turntable and a guitar amp, Sam's first show was entitled "Summer Revolution". Sam toured North America for the next couple of decades with a rapidly expanding production. By the early 90's, Sam's last production was entitled "The Progression" and was a 26 projector 3 screen production which included lasers and flashpots. This last Large Jesus-based Road Show Was Retired in Favor of Seminary and Youth Pastoring and Taking the Time To Remain Relevant to Youth By Spending Time with Youth. Now Sam is Back Full-Time...
